I believe in taking time to focus on mindful, breath-centered Yoga poses as we learn to move with proper alignment, grace, flexibility, strength, intuition and mindfulness. Exploring the many layers that yoga has to offer, including how linking breath with movement can create a quiet mind and new perspective, both on and off the mat. I strive to lead classes that are safe, creative and accessible for students of all levels. I offer in home private/semi-private sessions and group classes at various locations.
