I love to teach Yoga (and other fitness modalities, too)! When I first started my Yoga journey, it was all about the physical aspect of the practice for me, but as I expand my Yogic knowledge, my love and deep appreciate for the philosophy and lifestyle grow!
When I'm not teaching class, I love to spend time with my pugs (Lucy & Zoe), be outside, experiment in the kitchen, and spend quality time with family and friends.
I'm certified to teach Yoga through YogaFit and have just three teacher-training classes to complete before becoming a 200 hr RYT through Yoga Alliance. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Sports & Health Science, and am truly passionate about healthy living.
