While using yoga as a tool to help ease stress before my national figure skating competitions, I quickly found the time on my mat to be my favorite part of every day. At the age of 16, I left my daily 3am ice skating practices behind and began to pursue my passion of teaching yoga. Since then, I have studied and practiced with world renowned yogis such as Ganga White, Rachel Brathen, and Deepak Chopra. I never miss an opportunity to travel the world and embark on new learning experiences, and I am a firm believer that you are never too young or too old to start living a life you love. Aside from being a 500-RYT vinyasa instructor, I am also an instructor of stand up paddle boarding, cycling, TRX Suspension Training, Lesmills Group Fitness, and I hold a diploma in Personal Nutrition. I am currently working towards my ACE Personal Training Certification. Through creative flow sequences, fluid breath, and positive energy, I strives to guide my students on their path to their highest self, encouraging plenty of laughter and smiles along the way.
