Today I am dedicated to serving as a guide to authentic peace and power. Through the teachings of yoga, I aim to ignite the Light of higher consciousness within seekers and initiate a wave of ahimsa in this world and beyond.
Jessica Saraswati teaches Yoga, with an emphasis on ahimsa and compassion. She has been practicing since 2010 and teaching since 2014. Jessica has a 200 E-RYT with Yoga Alliance after receiving her training from Angela Strynkowski of A Jewel in the Lotus studio in Islip. Jessica had been immersed in meditation for some time and served as a meditation teacher. She then came to yoga to expand her spiritual practice and learn how to unite body, mind and spirit. Through diligent practice, Jessica learned how compassion, surrender and patience have the power to transform us both on and off the mat. This motivated Jessica to begin teaching yoga and its incredible principles to others. Her teaching brings Love and compassion to each pose and she inspires her students to step into their power and live from the heart.
