I've been practicing yoga since I was 16 years old. I used yoga to help manage anxiety , many years later I teach an Ashtanga-based practice. Ashtanga is a systemized series of poses in which each pose builds upon the last, as a way to safely open the body and begin to build strength and flexibility.
I earned my 200-hour registered yoga teacher certification with Ally Ford. I have completed a breath and bandhas workshop with Tim Feldman, and a meditation workshop with Narasimhan and Dr. Jayashree.
