Jessie has been practicing yoga for the past 15 years, and has taught a wide range of classes based in the Hatha tradition. Her classes focus on inclusivity and respect for students' individual needs, as well as integrating breath and movement, building strength and mobility, and relaxing body and mind. One of her greatest joys is to help others establish a deeper connection with their own bodies.
Jessie is a certified yoga instructor, having trained for 200 hours at a Yoga Alliance certified school that focuses on anatomy, safe practice, and yoga for mental and physical health. In addition, she trained for 250 hours at a government-certified university in India, with a focus on yoga philosophy and meditation.
