Jessika started practicing yoga in university and was instantly hooked. She saw yoga as an activity to ease her mind while getting in a full body workout. Jessika has a passion for health and wellness and after completing her undergrad degree in Kinesiology at York University in 2016 she decided to become a yoga instructor so she could share her passion with others. Through the I Love Yoga Maya School in Mexico, Jessika was trained in Yin, Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. Her classes focus on proper alignment, strength building all while allowing breath to open and release tension in the body. She is excited to watch students grow through their practice, expand their knowledge and feel joyful from the inside out.
