Body and Balance is my business and I have been teaching and training in the Fitness/Yoga/Dance/Movement Industry for 36 years. My specialty is YogaPilates Fusion and Yoga Nidra for everybody from school to older adults.
I am passionate about wellness and fitness for everyone and love working with all ages. I also trained as teacher for Special Needs children and have combined my love of movement with working with children who have mild to moderate disabilities. I help them to develop a love and enjoyment of movement, freedom and balance within their bodies.
Yoga Nidra has been included in every class I teach for as long as I have been teaching. I believe more than ever we need to include this in our everyday lives. I run courses and workshops and know that as little as 10 minutes a day will help lower stress levels and increase focus, mindfulness and self-esteem. To find out more go to my website
