I teach group and private yoga classes and am currently studying to become a Professional Yoga Therapist. I love finding ways to help people discover their own yoga. So, while my classes build from a foundation of traditional yoga poses, I encourage all of my students to move into, be in and exit yoga poses in a way that feels good to their body. My classes include long-held stretches as well as moderate to actively paced sequences, and students of all physical demeanor tell me they like my classes because I incorporate a variety of options in each pose that helps them personalize their movement and make it more or less challenging according to their individual wants and needs. I love that!
