I started taking yoga for the health and fitness benefits in 2003. After being asked to teach a yoga class at a friend’s church in 2007, yoga became an incredible compliment to my spiritual life. I teach a Kripalu-style Christian yoga, focused on alignment, breath, and mindfulness. Although many beginners find my slower, more mindful style to serve them well, my classes are perfect for all levels of yoga practitioner.
