I am an experienced yoga teacher specialising in sleep and anxiety issues. My practice has evolved over many years working with senior teachers from the main lineages - Ashtanga, Iyengar, Kundalini, Anusara and Shadow yoga. I feel very privileged to be an apprentice to both Nicole Aarons and Saeed Ansari who are master teachers. I attend regular courses with top international teachers such as Neesha Zollinger and Ana Forrest to ensure my own practice and knowledge is constantly refreshed and renewed.
