Yoga Name: Taradevi - which means ‘Goddess of the Stars’

I am a working mother with 4 young children, so I have a busy life with little time for myself. As a student of Yoga, I have learned to just ‘be’ in the present moment, to experience that place of quiet inner stillness. It is both my sanctuary and my sanity. As a teacher of Yoga, I hope to enable other people to have this experience inner peace and quiet stillness; to provide a refuge from their busy lives. I aim to provide varied and nurturing Yin Yoga classes that go beyond mere physical exercise, to develop a deep communion with body, mind and spirit. My classes are always delivered with a ready smile, warm enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to assist in the personal development of others.
