I have studied yoga for almost 50 years, and I have been teaching for 40 years. My primary inspiration is the Iyengar method, especially therapeutic applications. I am Yoga Alliance Certified E-RYT 500.

Without yoga, I would be immobilized by fibro-myalgia. Fortunately, regardless of chronic illness, I am healthy, mobile and at peace.

Awesome teacher!

I've done a few clinics and classes with Jo, and she the most effective teacher I've ever worked with for explaining alignment and the main purpose of a pose. She's lively and funny, humble and outgoing, and extremely observant.
