Since I qualified July 2013 I have been lucky enough to share my love of yoga with my own classes.
I offer an introduction to Hatha yoga asanas and the principles of the eight limbs of yoga recorded by Patanjali. These include breath control, relaxation, concentration and meditation and of course yoga poses.
My classes offer an holistic approach to your personal well-being, while allowing you to work to your own capacities.
