My primary motivation is to create hospitable and reverent space wherein people can access their inner wisdom and cultivate the best version of themselves. I believe it is of crucial importance that we learn to balance this striving with spacious time for deep play, time in nature, and sacred intentional rest in order to truly thrive in our lives. I intend for the people I work with to feel affirmed, hopeful, grounded and empowered to create meaningful, resourceful lives of connection and contentment.
My private practice includes three main areas of work: education, therapy and yoga. There are many overlapping skills and I find that each area of practice fuels and informs the others.
I am an experienced registered yoga instructor, trained in Kripalu yoga, and teaching in the Hatha tradition. My speciality is restorative yoga and I work from a trauma-sensitive approach. I am also a registered Children’s yoga teacher and a meditation leader.
