After first being introduced to yoga as a way to improve her meditation practice in 2000, Joanna completed her 200 hour teacher training through Core Power Yoga in Boulder, Colorado in April 2009. Joanna loves to share the benefits of yoga with absolutely everyone, and truly believes we all can and should find our own practice. Her vinyasa-style classes are welcoming, fun, playful, and challenging, and emphasize breath, intention, and gratitude for ourselves and our community. She also teaches Yoga with Weights, a challenging and fun class that builds upon an existing vinyasa practice with free weights and plyometrics.
