I welcome the opportunity to teach yoga and meditation to students privately in their home in Raleigh, NC. I also welcome the opportunity to teach at nearby centers.
I have had a yoga practice for over 30 yrs. and I studied Meditation extensively with Anna Wise and the Awakened Mind using brainwave training. I teach a very basic, slow, gentle, yin routine, guided visualization and meditation. Always very gentle and slow, to relax the body and mind for meditation, which is the real goal of yoga.
