I have been practicing yoga for 11 years and have been extremely blessed to have studied with many yoga teachers across the world such as Kino McGregor, David Swenson, Doug Swenson, Paul Fox, John Scott and many more. I continue to deepen my knowledge through workshops, training and retreats as well as a devotional daily Ashtanga based practice.

I teach Ashtanga yoga in a controlled, methodical and safe way. Encouraging students to use correct breath, drishti and alignment to bring about the true essence of Ashtanga yoga.

Teaching workshops, regular classes, One to ones and retreats in the UK.

Wonderful yoga guide!

I see jo on a weekly basis for one on one sessions, and have attended jo's classes and workshops sporadically over the past few years. She is a fantastic teacher who's own passion for yoga is truly an inspiration. Although i do enjoy a group class, the one on one sessions have really given me the opportunity to travel this yoga journey at my own pace encouraged by jo. Every week I feel like I have made progress and can explore further. Jo is wonderful at adapting classes to what she senses I need. And it is always a pleasure to see her!

Thanks Jo :)

Beautiful...such an inspiration!

Ahhh, where do I start with this beautiful lady! I've been taking Jo's classes for about 18 months now, and I absolutely love her teaching style! It's the perfect balance of internal stillness & the intensity of an advanced flow yoga class so you always come out of the class feeling so much more open, renewed & positive!
I'd recommend Jo's class to all ashtanga yoga lovers...her passion and dedication are such an inspiration <3

Inspirational and understanding

Jo's own ability and flexibility are inspirational. She gives clear insturtions, corrections and gentle adjustments. As someone who suffers from ME she is both understanding of my limitations and encouraging for me to discover my own abilities giving a sense of physical acheivment I have rarely felt since being ill

Love Jo Jo!

Jo is a very balanced teacher (so is not overly spiritual or body focussed to incorporate all) who encourages students to explore within their own limits and to try different poses and practices that they wouldn't otherwise have had the confidence to try, by equally demonstrating and explaining all the time working safely. She is a very friendly and welcoming teacher also asks on a regular basis if there any questions when covering something new. All of the above demonstrates the competence and experience she possess' as a teacher. Can't recommend highly enough!!
