I found yoga in my life a number of years ago, with the intention only to encourage a gentle shift in my perspective on the world. What I witnessed was in fact a transformational change, and as this positive new energy continued to grow, it finally inspired me to travel to India and complete my 200 RYT qualification in Hatha Yoga.
Through continued training - including an advanced level qualification in Vinyasa Flow - I have developed an enthusiastic, informed and nurturing approach to teaching. I truly love it and every day as my learning grows, I am inspired further by other students and teachers alike.
My classes are focused on mindfulness and encourage relaxation in good measure - but also have a dynamic, energetic flow and always include the opportunity to dive deeper into your asana practice to improve strength and flexibility over time.
I believe in leading with warmth and encouragement – teaching with creative language, playful sequencing and smiles always!
