Jodi has been practicing yoga for 20 years and teaching for 12 years. Jodi continues to feel the transformation yoga has had in her life and feels inspired to share the gift of yoga with others. She believes the mind, body, should connection is a sacred one , and one that should be nurtured and inspired.
She teaches classes with variety and mindfulness of safety.
Her classes are in a community hall and there is no intimidation walking in to a class. everyone is welcome by Jodi and fellow students.
