For the past 20+ years, I have been teaching a variety of fitness, dance, martial arts and yoga classes. Together with my husband, I manage and teach at Seriously FUN Fitness. Our studio focuses on bringing wellness into people's lives through group classes that emphasize having fun, staying healthy and building a community of like-minded people who encourage and support one another.
My yoga qualifications include:
Certified Yoga Therapist, C-IAYT
500 Hour RYT
140 Hour Trauma Sensitive Specialty Certification through the YogaFit for Warrior Program.
Currently, I am finishing a 100 Hour Ayurvedic Coaching Certification to help me continue to bring the healing message of yoga to as many people as possible.
