I feel in love with yoga after a very intense emotional time in my life in my early 20's. The moment I hopped into my little mat I felt like I'd come home and suddenly found calmness.
At first I was attracted to the physical benifits, then become more and more inspired by my teacher. I craved that sense of floaty feeling she gave off.
So I began reading about yoga, the science behind these funky moves and so on and so on.
Years later I enrolled onto my vinyasa course and became a teacher.
Yoga have given me so many pleasures in life, stronger mind and body, confidence, released fears and angers I've held in.
It is an amazing journey and if you just open your mind and soul and little you'll discover its magic!
