Hello and welcome to Yoga with Jodie. I offer a range of Yoga classes in Plymouth.
The Yoga classes I offer include: Hatha, Holistic Yoga, Yin and Restorative Yoga.
I am a fully qualified Yoga Teacher offering regular yoga classes focusing on mindfulness and connection of body and mind, as well as building strength flexibility and a sense of balance through gentle and intermediate Yoga poses (Asanas) and breathing techniques (Pranayama). My approach is a holistic one and I aim to adjust the practice to my students needs making it accessible to as many people as possible by offering various options and modifications and placing a strong focus on healthy alignment and self awareness. As well as regular yoga classes I also offer a variety of Holistic Therapies.
Yoga classes offer a low impact form of exercise, focusing on balance and well as improving body awareness, flexibility and strength, yoga gives as the opportunity for self discovery by slowing down and listening in. Through practicing in a gentle and mindful way we have the opportunity to come within, connecting to our true selves in a caring non judging environment.
