This is only my second time taking a yoga class, but Joe did a much better job explaining everything and how to perform the moves than the first instructor did. This is a class that I would highly recommend for anybody.

Joe is a amiable and intelligent instructor who makes sure everyone in his class feels welcomed. I loved it! He demonstrates every pose with alignment cues and offers modifications and adjustments when necessary. His class is suitable for every level of practitioner. I found his class to be highly enjoyable and look forward to returning.

Great New Yoga Teacher

My husband and I have been doing yoga for several years. We attended Joe's class and were most impressed. He really knows what he is teaching. He watches for any problems and helps make adjustments which means a lot to older participants. We will definitely attend more of Joe's classes as schedules allow.

Yoga with a lot of charme

Joseph teaches with so mich charme. He just can teach and work with anybody from kids to elderly. His class will make you relaxed, happy and smile!

Promising New Yoga Teacher

Joe is conscientious, careful, and an excellent guide in yoga practice. I hadn't done yoga for some time, but was able to get right back in the flow in Joe's class. I appreciated that he adapts each move to the attendants' skill/ability level. I left the class feeling more centered, relaxed, and focused.
