The time on the mat is a gift for me.
My path took me through mindfulness meditation, Crossfit, Kundalini-Yoga and finally to Vinyasa Yoga in Jivamukti style. Here I discovered a whole new world, because it was no longer just about performance, competition or the achievement of something, but to intensively sense what is there.
In my yoga classes, you experience a dynamic practice in alternation with extended periods of rest. My motto is "Your body is the teacher".
At the moment, I'm still doing a 5-year apprenticeship as a wilderness teacher, I love to cook with good friends and go out into nature, and I like to play on exotic instruments.
The change between dynamic and letting go, movement and silence, is for me the pulse of life. This leads to a deep sense of arrival, the taste of which everyone can experience for themselves.
