John's teaching style is founded on a strong anatomical understanding of the body. His classes aim to balance the body as well as strengthen the mind through his precise but fun teachings.
John has practiced yoga for over 10 years to enhance his training for multiple sporting pursuits. Most notably alpine skiing, where he spent 6 years on the national team training and racing around the world. John graduated from Durham University with a degree in Sports Science. Since graduating he has worked as a remedial therapist, personal trainer, pilates instructor and yoga teacher in a variety of settings including the British ski academy based in Chamonix, France and closer to home in north London.
In his spare time John enjoys any outdoor activities including cycling, climbing, skiing and is an avid foodie.
