John teaches a modern version of Hatha. This specifically addresses the back neck and shoulder issues that we have today. Students are supported to breathe and connect with their own inner wisdom and power. With his strong understanding of anatomy John teaches his students how to use their entire body in an intelligent way instead of working hard. Students leave his classes feeling energized relaxed and refreshed.
John started practicing yoga after a serious ankle fracture that brought his athleticism to a halt. He was instantly hooked, and in six months John trained to become a yoga instructor. One year later John completed the Forrest Yoga foundation teacher training led by Ana Forrest. His personal practice is a space for exploration and to heal physical and emotional scars. He’s inspired to share this gift with anybody who is looking to live life more freely.
