I trained with Sun Power Yoga for many years before completing their Teacher Training course in 2003. I have been teaching a Friday evening class at Abbey Sports Centre since 2003.
As from October 2016, I have started teaching a regular Saturday morning class at Oadby Yoga and Fitness Studio.
As a teacher, I offer a practice which is accessible and which can be adapted to suit all abilities but at the same time enables students to continually progress and develop their potential. I teach at a measured pace which gives students the opportunity to work with greater attention and awareness. In this way, the practice helps to develop balance in body and mind.
