I was trained to teach the Five Tibetan Yoga rites in 2006 and have mastered them over the years. I have found yoga a great tool in destressing and helping clear the mind, tone the body, and nurture the soul. Anyone can do the Five Tibetans, young girl, old man, and everyone in between. Five Tibetans have been found to push out and release chronic pains and limited motion making yourself free to move and be active. I look forward to you attending my class to better yourself.
