I started my practice of yoga in 1989 when it was offered by Myer where I was working in the IT department.
I have practised several forms since then and started teaching in 2012 after training in the tradition of Krishnamacharya that focuses particularly on the breath.
Most of my working life has been as a singer and arts administrator for the singing ensemble Pot-Pourri. I have found yoga, over time, helped my posture, back and hand pain and also provided a way of understanding the mind a little better.
I have maintained a special interest in IT and gadgets.
