Jordan shares his love for yoga with his students in every practice he guides. From the start of his journey in health he has made it his goal to understand others needs on a service level. Providing exceptional guidance through insight of self, and encouraging the vast potential in each individual. His teaching is always safe, but Jordan also knows that providing a playful practice brings balance to the mind and establishes connectivity to our true nature of community. Making life beautiful on AND off the mat! It's apparent that he is passionate about yoga and its cultivation of awareness woven throughout the body, naturally developing the capacity to grow and progress in practice. Jordan sequences guidance with the intention of creating space to enhance your breath, and expel toxicity stagnation of the body and mind while using lines of energy throughout for stability and strength. Vinyasa that is set with mindful movement is optimal in facilitating an introspective experience in your yoga.
Programs for runners, athletes, kids involved in sports, and injury rehabilitation and prevention have been developed by Jordan. He also provides guidance in one to one settings, group sessions, yoga at the park, bootcamps and donation based pop up classes. Off the mat he enjoys snowboarding for the fluidity of movement and awareness it creates, practicing inversions for quality of stillness within movement, studying yoga and bio-mechanics for better understanding of its modalities, traveling to learn from traditional and progressive forms of yoga, and exploring the great outdoors of Oregon for re-connecting to nature and its abundance of beauty!
