I began practicing yoga in 1997 and have never looked back. I have traveled to India 4 times, most recently studying at the Iyengar Institute in Pune. I am an Iyengar Trained Yogi with a strong focus on Alignment, Joint Centration and healing the body from pain. It is a strong belief that when the muscle tissues and the joints are aligned, so are the energetics within the person.
My passion is to spread yoga, both for physical and emotional health and well-being.
