Specialised in Ashtanga techniques and Chinese medicine 5 element theory with 6 years teaching experience. My own yoga practice was closely guided by several international yoga teachers in multiple countries including Taiwan, Shanghai and Thailand.
From the roots of Ashtanga and Hatha yoga, my teachings spread through different styles including Vinyasa flow, Hatha flow and Yin yoga. My focus and drive for teaching lies in helping individuals to find their own sustainable practice, which can both support and develop their life and relationships with the world.
I believe that my Dharma (mission in life) is to help others improve their well‐being through mind/body awareness practices. It is this deeper journey that I would like to share with my students.
Known for my soothing, nurturing style of teaching, I strive to be a supportive presence; a compassionate guardian of my student’s wellbeing, and an enabling guide who helps students find their individual path towards a life of awareness.
