I discovered Yoga after stumbling upon a community class in Singapore and have developed a deep passion for Yoga ever since. As an analyst for 8 years, I had a hectic lifestyle and was extremely thankful to find a channel for releasing stress and anxiety. With constant practice, Yoga has helped me build strength, flexibility and improve overall wellness.
Being inspired to offer the same experience to others, I strive to deepen my practice and knowledge. Since September 2014, I have been training and studying with distinguished teachers from San Francisco. I am currently working towards my RYT500 certification.
My teaching style is nourishing and light-hearted with focus on alignment and breath awareness. In my classes, I emphasize on finding space, balance and relaxation in both mind and body.
I strongly believe that Yoga is for everyone and my mission is to provide a non-judgmental and safe environment for students of all levels.
