I am a qualified Traditional Yoga teacher, having trained with Swami Ambikinanda and with the British Wheel of Yoga. I am also a qualified personal trainer and fitness instructor.
I have been practising Yoga for over 10 years. I initially did it as a form of exercise but over time I deepened my knowledge and practise.
For me Yoga has made a profound difference to every aspect of my life. Physically it has made my body stronger and more flexible; I am less prone to illness.
Emotionally I feel more centered, grounded and have an increased my ability to deal with stress.
Mentally I am more focused and calm.
Spiritually It is my way of feeling connected, guided and blessed.
Meditation has become a big part of my life and is the cornerstone of all of my work. Yoga for me runs through everything I do. It has become my way of being in the world.
