Many years of my life have been drawn towards health, nutrition and self awareness so that I may understand myself better and take the best care of my soul, body and mind. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with others as they have voiced their need for a more fulfilling life and balance. Soul Coaching and yoga have helped me connect with my body and its needs more deeply. My body sometimes needs activity, stillness and clean nourishment. In varying levels, these ways of nourishing myself change either daily, by event, or season. I have become more open and accepting to listening to my inner wisdom and knowledge. Spending time with others to help them find their inner wisdom and what serves them is of great joy to my life.
