Anatomy geek and lover of health and fitness, yoga found an integral part in my journey to overall wellness. I was attracted, first, to the physical benefits of yoga, and then soon discovered the mental and spiritual health benefits. I enjoy teaching yoga because it is a form of exercise that taps into more than just heart health and muscle strength. I believe I am giving people tools to create healthier lives and minds.
