In 2013, Juan Pablo started yoga for the physical aspect of the practice. He wanted to change his workout routine while increasing his flexibility. Very quickly he discovered a passion that went beyond the physical realm. Little by little, he started feeling the mental and spiritual benefits as well. To deepen his practice, he completed a 250-hour teacher training at Luna Yoga in 2016. Still very curious, he wants to learn more and he is already planning more trainings. Juan Pablo now wants to share these benefits. His classes aim to help us know ourselves better while respecting our limits. When he's not on his mat, Juan Pablo's interests are the arts and technology. And whenever he gets the chance, he likes to get away and travel to practice his favorite type of meditation, scuba diving.
