I have taught fitness for over twenty years and yoga since 2007. In yoga teaching I encourage accepting where ever you are at on your mat. I provide time for reconnecting to yourself and honoring what you need to receive from each class. Classes are designed to provide stress reduction, increased strength, balance and flexibility. They are multi-level. Many modifications to the poses are offered and also a dose of fun with some inspiration to help you deepen your practice. I also worked as a Wellness Coach at a major corporation for five years.
