I believe yoga is for everyone. As long as you can breathe, you can practice yoga. I approach yoga from the whole person, creating a practice that can be relieve stress and tension, but allow the practitioner to find their edge.
In addition to the scheduled group classes, I offer private yoga instruction. The one-on-one setting allows you to ask questions, set goals, and adapt the yoga experience to your specific needs. No matter what your experience level, you have the full attention of the instructor, allowing you to immerse yourself into the yoga experience.
