Hi
I'm a Transformational Hatha Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master Teacher.
My style is ideal for a beginner or for somebody that has a particularly stiff back.
I like to work with basic asanas because I believe that a solid ABC is the key for safe and effective complex poses.
The combination of Yoga and Reiki can gently bring stressed people to relaxation and with time get balance at physical mental and spiritual level.
I help the student to discover that Yoga is a powerful self-healing practice and I train them to become their own teacher.
