A class designed specifically for the postpartum bod whilst also keeping baby involved. This isn't Baby Yoga, but Hatha Yoga for new mums focusing on all the area's affected by pregnancy (namely back, abs and pelvic floor - the BAP's). Its a small social class that ends with an option cuppa and biscuits, Mum's can feed and change as needed and mum's of multiple's are most definitely welcome.

Working through the same sequence each week you will be able to quickly identify your progression. A lovely class designed to stretch, strengthen and tone.
Due to demand I've added a new postnatal class to the timetable. Build tone and strength to your postpartum bod, gently in a no-pressure, relaxed environment. Using carefully planned routine addressing the areas affecting new mums, stretches for baby and some combined poses. Relax and bond with baby then finish with a natter, tea, biscuits and fruit.
Specifically designed hatha yoga class for mums and their little ones. Suitable 6 weeks post vaginal and 10 weeks post section births, until babe is actively crawling. There are poses for mum, poses for babe and some combined poses when possible. See you babe as you would normally and get to know other lovely mummies and babies. A friendly and welcoming group.
