I have been a classroom teacher for more than 20 years. I believe in being fully present and open to our lives as they unfold. Yoga and mindfulness can usher us into the present and reveal that all is connected.

Currently, I teach children and adults, as well as doing extensive work with teachers about how they can adopt Yoga and mindfulness practices into their own practice as well as that of the classroom.
