I have practiced various styles of Yoga for 6 years. In Autumn 2014 I was trained in the Hot Vinyasa Flow under the tutelage of Claire Este McDonald, Gregor Singleton and Jason Poole. Yamuna Body Roll and Scaravelli Method have also influenced and shaped my healing Yoga Style. I use my Vinyasa flow as a template to find the foundation through the feet to liberate the Pelvis. I try to understand how the postures can affect us energetically and what a particular asana does to the body.
