I live in New Mexico, just south of Santa fe. I am an artist and yoga teacher and am so grateful to be able to do what I love. I trained to teach yoga in Kerala, India,at a small ashram run by a woman, which was very empowering and inspiring, there are few female yoga instructors in India. I believe yoga is for everyone, no matter your age or level of fitness. It is never too late to practice and improve your general health. I teach I Eldorado, near Santa Fe. Not in a large fancy studio but at the community center, where I have a beautiful group of students who are taking responsibility for their physical health and well being by attending classes regularly.
