Julia has been practicing yoga in Vancouver, Canada, since 2006 and completed her 200hr teacher training with Frog Lotus Yoga in 2009 and is now teaching in Bournemouth, UK.  Her journey with yoga began with an injury and her dedication to be pain free by any means holistic. She decided that yoga was the answer after experiencing its transforming effects almost immediately; not only physically but emotionally, mentally and spiritually. She believes that movement is medicine and that yoga can benefit people from all walks of life. Whether practicing yoga in a group and feeling that amazing energy only found in a room of like minded yogis or practicing alone in her living room, for her nothing compares.

Julia is positive and upbeat, as well as warm and compassionate. She is continually dedicated to gaining as much knowledge and experience as she can to share with her students. Julia’s classes are playful and fun with dynamic and creative flows. Her classes will allow you to challenge yourself by offering developing variations while being mindful of your body and breath.
