RYT–500 certified yoga teacher and fine-artist, has been teaching and leading yoga travel & culture retreats internationally since 2004.
Julia teaches from the experiences of 28 years of practice and ongoing study in the major Hatha yoga traditions.
She believes yoga, when practiced, has the ability to unfurl potential, empower hope, and ease the challenges of daily life.

I am interested in both the art and science of yoga and it’s applicability to everyday life.
I teach yoga because I love it, and I want to transmit my findings and enthusiasm from over 25 years of practice. I aim to make my classes upbeat, accessible, and fun, while retaining deep reverence for the teachings and integrity of tradition.

Julia instructs a dynamic, fun, and challenging class,
offering clear and specific alignment instructions in an uplifting environment accessible to all levels.

Expect to develop breath, strength, focus, and clarity – and enjoy the present moment while building stability and core-integration.
Poses from all categories of postures including intro to arm-balances, inversions, and backbends may be offered, along with constructive and appropriate stages of practice for all levels, in a blend of hatha and vinyasa.
