Julia’s interest in holistic health and wellbeing first led her to Yoga 25 years ago. Since then, her affinity and passion for the system inspires her to continue exploring the many styles and paths of yoga, sharing the multitude of benefits with her students. Teaching Contemporary Classical Yoga, Julia is guided by her students’ needs, aiming to create an experience that is nurturing, challenging and uplifting. Encouraging each participant to tune into what their needs are, Julia informatively guides them through integration of mindful movement with subtle energy through breath, while interweaving philosophy and practical ways of bringing yoga into every day life.

Since graduating with an Advanced Diploma of Yoga Teacher Training with the Australian Institute of Yoga in 2006, Julia has been an ongoing and long-term teacher in many gyms and corporate businesses in the Melbourne CBD. She offers bimonthly yoga workshops and weekend and international retreats throughout the year.

Julia has a Diploma in Holistic Counselling and is a Level 2 Reiki and Pellowah healing practitioner.

Julia believes Yoga is for EveryOne, whatever your age or whether you have limitations or restrictions. If you can breathe you can practice Yoga.
