I have been practicing yoga since 2000 and have personally witnessed its transformative effect. I love yoga because it fosters compassion and connects me to myself.

My fundamental training was with the Temple of Kriya Yoga in Chicago in 2007. I am influenced by Iyengar yoga, an anatomically precise style of yoga that aims to support the student at any level of flexibility.

As a licensed massage therapist since 2002, I remain dedicated to the integration of movement, self-care and massage in order to help clients overcome chronic pain.

When you consider coming to one of my classes for the first time, don't worry whether or not you have experience or if you think "I am not flexible." My yoga classes focus on body awareness and safety. Over time you will be amazed at the science of yoga and how it leads to improvements in your flexibility, balance and overall feeling of wellness. And I love to see new faces!
