Julia Richardson teaches a Hatha Yoga Blend to nurture, strengthen and stretch the whole body. She is a RYT-200 and received her Yoga Teacher Training from YogaWorks, and also has an academic background in anatomy, dance kinesiology (scientific study of human movement addressing physiological, mechanical, and psychological mechanisms), philosophy and Sufism from California Institute of the Arts.

She works with adults, children and teens across a wide spectrum of people: dancers, athletes, children on the autistic spectrum, those with chronic pain and injuries, people with degenerative disease, seniors and toddlers.

She has studied and practiced Yoga and related disciplines for 11 years.
